By using sumPlana, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

sumPlana provides:

• Task, habit, and project management
• Notes with tags and sharing
• Voice input with AI parsing (optional)
• Team collaboration features

3. Your Account

• You must be 16+ to create an account
• Keep your password secure
• You are responsible for account activity
• Provide accurate information

4. Acceptable Use

Do not:

• Violate laws or rights of others
• Upload malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt the service

5. Your Content

You own your content. We only use it to provide the service. You can delete your data anytime via Settings.

6. AI Features

Voice input uses Google Gemini AI. This requires your consent and can be disabled. AI results are suggestions—review before using.

7. Termination

You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Deleted data is removed after a 30-day grace period.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
